The first stage of the evaluation process for applicants seeking to join the English Language Teaching Team at the International College of Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) was held on Thursday, September 3, 2026.Designed to assess the range of professional and academic competencies required for teaching in an international university environment, this stage focused on candidates’ professional capabilities in English language teaching, teaching experience and background, familiarity with contemporary approaches to language education, and readiness to work effectively in multicultural and international settings.Candidates who are deemed to meet the required criteria at this stage will proceed to the subsequent stages of the selection process, including a professional interview and a teaching demonstration based on the instructional materials and course resources used in the College’s English language programs.The evaluation and selection process has been designed and implemented as part of the College’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of English language education and to establish a team of highly qualified and professional instructors aligned with the international outlook, educational approach, and vision of the International College of Iran University of Medical Sciences.
