Candidate Profile

Applicants should demonstrate:

• A Master’s degree or higher in English language teaching, applied linguistics, English language and literature, or another relevant field
• Demonstrated experience teaching English, preferably in higher education settings
• Strong English language proficiency (minimum CEFR C1 across all four language skills)
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
• The ability to motivate and support diverse groups of learners
• Competence in independently planning and delivering effective lessons
• A collaborative and professional approach to teaching and teamwork
• Awareness of the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in language teaching and assessment
