The delegation of Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) visited the UAE to participate in the Global Education & Training Exhibition (GETEX) held in Dubai, April 26-8, 2023.

With the aim of introducing the IUMS and its educational facilities, the IUMS delegation attended the GETEX international event, held annually to recruit students in the region.

During their visit to the UAE, the IUMS delegation had negotiations with Dr. Derakhsheh, the International Vice President of Islamic Azad University (IAU), regarding the joint project and memorandum of understanding between the IUMS and IAU regarding the launch of specialized and general courses by IUMS in Dubai. In addition, the IUMS delegation visited the venue of the IAU branch in Dubai to evaluate the readiness of the Islamic Azad University to launch the nursing, midwifery, and short-term courses.
