The Second Internationalization Festival of Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) was recently held, showcasing the institution's impressive accomplishments in the field of internationalization.

The event was attended by professors, international students, staff, and other distinguished guests involved in the university's internationalization efforts. During the ceremony, Dr. Abdolreza Pazouki, the President of Iran University of Medical Sciences, expressed gratitude and appreciation for the tireless work of the International Affairs Office in driving the university's impressive growth and internationalization.

Dr. Pazouki highlighted the IUMS as a leading institution among the country's medical universities, having experienced significant quantitative and qualitative leaps in recent years, particularly in the realm of internationalization. One of the key indicators of this progress is the three-fold increase in the enrollment of international students compared to previous years.

Furthermore, Dr. Pazouki noted that Iran University of Medical Sciences has gained a prominent position within the international academic community and in medical tourism, cementing its status as a top university among other medical institutions in the country.

Dr. Mehdi Moghtadaei, the Vice President for International Affairs, elaborated on the university's comprehensive efforts to internationalize its operations.
