School of Rehabilitation Sciences
The School of Rehabilitation Sciences at Iran University of Medical Sciences is the most established rehabilitation school in Iran and has an international reputation. It comprises eight educational departments and serves as the center of rehabilitation in Iran.
Students at the school study physiotherapy, occupational therapy, artificial limbs and assistive devices, audiology, optometry, speech therapy, rehabilitation management, and basic sciences. Most of these fields offer education at three levels: bachelor's, master's, and PhD.
Apart from education, research, and science production, the school operates various clinics to meet the needs of citizens.
Dr. Ismail Ebrahimi Takamjani serves as the Dean of the school.
